1. PRODUCT LAUNCHING: MAY 21, 2001, ARMADA HOTEL, PJ, SELANGOR

2. OUR CUSTOMERS' FEEDBACK

The convenience and efficiency of our portable units speak for themselves. Depending on the age of the infant, drops of 80 µmol/L with about 24 hours of actual phototherapy are not uncommon. We advise mothers to sleep through the night with their babies so that they can concentrate on the phototherapy the next day. There is no difficult operation in using our unit. Most of the time, you only need to operate the switch at your socket.

"I did not want to stay in hospital again and told my doctor so. The experience with my first baby was horrible... This time it was very much easier. I am at home with my family and I can breastfeed my baby regularly. The unit is so comfortable that my baby was mostly sound asleep through the phototherapy for three days...

Why was this service not available earlier?"

Puan H, SS18, Subang Jaya

"My last baby was under phototherapy in hospital for 5 days. So for this baby, we continued our rental for 5 days (with the doctor's agreement) despite the level going down dramatically the first few days. The difference this time is that my baby's skin did not darken or chaffing like the first. I noticed that your light does not transmit heat to the baby."

Mr L, Southern Park, Kelang

"My baby's bilirubin level has been erratic although it has been on the downtrend. I opted out of the hospital because it makes my first attempt at full breastfeeding difficult."

Puan N, Damansara Heights, KL

"It was not that I cannot afford to pay RM1,000 per day to stay in hospital. It is just more convenient to be at home."

Mr K, SS19, Subang Jaya

"My earlier 3 babies were seriously jaundiced with the bilirubin reaching worrying levels above 300 µmol/L. So I prepared myself this time. As soon as the doctors recommended phototherapy, I rented a unit. The bilirubin never went up and then went down after the third day."

En A, SS3, Petaling Jaya
