You need to pay (A) and (C) upon setting up and a nominal amount for consumables.
The minimum rental period is three days.
You will also need to sign an informed consent agreement form.
A booklet explaining the things you need to perform will be given to you.
Our staff will arrive at your place at the agreed time.
The nurse will do some examination on your baby and practically demonstrate to you how to carry
out the phototherapy.
The equipment will be set up for you.
It is still important for you to adhere to our advise and instructions in addition to your
doctor's to ensure the efficacy of the treatment and safety of your baby.
You shall need to sign an Informed Consent Agreement.
